"Very remote area, so silence abounds except for birds and squirrels.! its a dead end street on a peninsula of land right on the lake. Great dock to sit and have a bourbon and cigar.! Stunning view from the dock at sunset.! Loved that.!!"

"This is a historic inn with a lot of charm. The staff is fantastic. The location at the corner of the town square is ideal. It needs a little work with little things like paint, etc. but it is a very old inn. I will definitely stay there again."

"We always enjoy stating here. The guy that runs the place ia always ready to help in anyway. The only conolaint ive ever had is that rhe housekeeper needs to pay more attention to detail. I use to run days inn and econolodge in Lavonia Ga and that is the one thing i would stress to my staff, clean it like it was your house, orher then that ive never had any complaints."
