"The room was like an icebox. The temperature was colder than outside. We stayed at this hotel in the past, but when the weather was warmer. We will not stay there again in the winter time. Our floor was still under renovation & the hallway was open. A heater was not available."

"We stayed in oceanview suite with king-sized bed. The room was spacious with gorgeous sweeping views of the ocean. We stayed in early January and it was quite cold but room does not have a heater but does have a fireplace. The first night, we purchased 3 single logs $8 each (the easy lighting ones) from the hotel. The next morning, we went to supermarket and bought bunch of firewood bundles for our remaining two nights. The gym is very sparse with just few pieces of equipment and dumbbell set...

"I have only one issue: the free all-you-can-eat breakfast is always cold. Apart from that, you need to book the spa two weeks in advance, as the spa staff doesn’t speak English. However, the rest of the staff does."
