Un gran lugar súper profesional lo que más me encantó del lugar fueron sus empleados cada uno te brinda un servicio excelente un trato súper ameno y cálido. Ninguno te va a dejar con una duda sin resolver o ellos si está en sus manos buscarán la manera de ayudarte . El personal de restaurante magnífico los cuartos súper cómodos y un lugar seguro para salir a caminar muchas áreas a donde comprar alimentos o solo ir de shopping. Tienen en front desk el número de in taxi y es súper útil en momentos que necesites desplazarte por la ciudad. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados definitivamente recomiendo ampliamente

I like it that is close to shopping, restaurants, stores, I liked the gym, enough equipment to exercise. I was disappointed that you advertise a shuttle and no shuttle, reason I stay in hotels when I travel is I pick the ones with shuttle, even on the e-mails I received as a welcome they mentioned the shuttle. Ended up taking a taxi for 200 pesos.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable—everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location was incredibly convenient, situated within walking distance of key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
