Was promised a partial refund for our troubles but haven't received it yet. Room was clean with ample pots/utensils/etc. Everything worked well except for the shower head wasn't working great. "Stayed in the rental with my fiancé and our dog. I think building four is the pet friendly building and we saw a good amount of owners with their dogs. The building is located right by the ski lift and perfect walking area for our dogs. The checkin and checkout was through the resort. There was a line to check-in and check-out. I believe it’s because check-in and check-out is the same for all the people renting. "

"We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing...
