Nestled just opposite the serene park and waterfront, this residence invites you to unwind amidst the soothing sea breeze. Revel in the scenic beauty from the expansive verandah, offering breathtaking views of the bay. The property encompasses a spacious lower level for storing fishing gear or canoes, with secure parking for your boat. It comprises 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, ensuring ample space for comfort and convenience.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a comprehensive set of cooking utensils. The living room features a TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable seating with a 3-seater and two 1-seater lounges. Bedroom 1, elevated for optimal views, boasts a queen bed and a pedestal fan. Meanwhile, Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with a ceiling fan, and Bedroom 3 features two single beds, also with a ceiling fan. Downstairs there is a 4th bedroom offering a queen size bed.

For added convenience, the laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. Please note that smoking is not permitted within the premises. While pillows and blankets/quilts are provided, guests are kindly requested to bring their own linen and towels. Toiletries and cleaning products are not included.

Read the fine print
My fault I suppose not to reading the fine print until it was too late as my friends arrived and looked for sheets and towels. I was not aware they weren't provided. Maybe it could be pointed out prior to arrival so numpties like me wont be embarrassed like me as the one who arranged the house but, we survived (thanks to the IGA selling towels). Apart that a great house in a great positioin. Cheers.Peter Shambrook.

Great location but in need of a good clean
We stayed at this property 12 months ago and rated it 10 out of 10. But this trip the bedding was soiled, the fridge uncleaned and the floor in need of a better mopping. The key to the back door was not available - it was stuck in the broken key safe. Last year it was terrific value for money but this time the service charges were really high and the cost was $250+ per night. The road in front of the house was really noisy. So for me the stay was disappointing.

We had good friends with us, we all were over 80 so could not use the top bunk. Water was dripping from the lower taps in the upstairs bathroom on our arrival and it was difficult to stop. We could have used a larger pot to cook crabs. A top position we enjoyed ourselves.

Tin Can Bay
A lovely house, light and airy with a beautiful outlook. A couple of suggestions: it would be more convenient and definitely more comfortable to have twin beds rather than a double bunk. Twin beds would fit easily into that smaller bedroom. Also, the provision of some dishwashing tablets and bin bags would be helpful. Otherwise a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you!
