The shower head wasn’t adjustable for settings and was difficult to find the correct power and there was a bit of mould on the sealant. The soap dispenser was also difficult to use. We’d return."

We were very pleased with the little extras that the owners have available like tea & coffee. 40 mins from Alton Towers was very handy with a Tesco enroute so we could get any bits we needed. "Front desk and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Helped us out with the Radisson membership to save on early check in! Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Windows could be better sound proofed, we could still hear traffic 13 floors below us. Good location for central Birmingham. We used the hotel due to its proximity to the O2 academy. "
