"Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place. "

"The location of the property was perfect to visit other areas of the Cotswolds. The property was quiet and had everything you needed to make it feel like home. The beds were so comfortable and have never slept so well. It was peaceful and relaxing and was lovely to hear the church bells even through the night. The location was ideal to explore and walk around the village and countryside. Would stay here again and highly recommend."

"Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again."

"The place was immaculately clean, cozy, warm with great surrounding. We were greeted by a lovely home baked cake which was delicious! "The property is set in wonderful grounds and is well furnished. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The fire in the lounge was a lovely focal point throughout the time we were there and we would love to return in summer when we could use the pool. Unfortunately Vrbo’s computer system did not appear to communicate with the property agent’s which led to various problems, including the property manager not knowing that we had paid the deposit. Lovely hotel

"Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable firm bed, nice bathroom with plenty of products and decent shower. The only downside with the shower was the lack of pressure but that is very minor nit picking. We ate in the restaurant with friends and all enjoyed a lovely meal. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plenty of options. All in all it was a fabulous stay at the hotel."
