"ホテルまでのバンブーのトンネルからワクワクしました！敷地内の植物がとても素敵。喧騒から逃れた秘密基地のようでとても居心地が良かったです。スタッフが皆、とてもフレンドリーでした。小さな子供連れで宿泊しましたが、安心して過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。バイクも安くレンタルしてくれました。ワルン(レストラン)のあるエリアから離れているので、バイクは助かりました！プールは深いです。浮き輪を持っていったので小さな子どもも楽しみました♪もっと長く滞在したかったです！"

"Huge rooms, huge bathroom, very clean facilities. Lots of choice for breakfast. Room service is top tier. Staff went above and beyond. We felt like royalty. My friend celebrated her birthday here and it was perfect. Hotel is about 40 mins north of Ubud centre bit remote but views to die for. Very peaceful and serene. I will return."

"Location is just 20 minutes away from Kintamani and about 30 minutes from Ubud, away from the traffic noise and hassle of Ubud. "I have knee problems and had to climb so many steps to get to restaurants. Don’t recommend if you are wheelchair or crutches bound since there’s no lift. Loved the surrounding which was quiet and peaceful walking through the jungle was safe. Best for relaxation and out of busy city life"

"Great new suites but due to the harvest time of rice fields there were rats and mice everywhere, including in the room, the staff were so apologetic and went well out of there way to catch them and blocking the roof holes. no fault of the resort and they really tried hard to please"

The rooms were not cleaned, the air conditioner did not blow cold air, the refrigerator did not work properly, the kitchenette and bathroom were covered with ants, the private pool was dirty and most of the lightbulbs in the room were burned out. "This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge.
