"It satisfied me for traveling to Japan alone this time. I happened to see it on the reservation site and challenged my curiosity, but it was more than I expected. I stayed there for nearly two weeks and enjoyed the sauna every morning and evening. It was located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient to use the train and bus. "The property enjoys convenient proximity to Nakajima-koen Station and a 7-Eleven, offering easy access to amenities. Parking is readily available. However, the accommodation's limited size presented challenges for our party of five; luggage storage and movement within the space were difficult. In summary, while the location was excellent, the property's size proved insufficient for a family."

"Sometimes the light of entrance was off , so it will be a little bit difficult for finding the entrance. The explanation of the wifi setting and the process of checking out is different between the notes on the table in the room and the information from the web-site . I followed the instruction from the site. One of the best place for the staying around here."

Superb Onsen and friendly staff with good service!

"Am very impressed with the service this hotel offers. I requested an early deposit of luggage a day earlier as I have a late arrival from a day trip to Wakkanai. When I arrive for check in at 11.45pm, the luggage was already moved to my room and not reception area! This surprised me! The hotel location is perfect for a stroll walk to Susukino and the onsen is superb too! Breakfast spread was marvellous and friendly staff in the hotel which also included the chef cooking the omelette for me! Will definitely come back for a stay in this hotel next winter !"

"We reserved this hotel by reviews and we absolutely loved to stay here. Hotel room was a little bigger than other Japanese hotels and service was so good. I definitely want to stay here if I come back to Sapporo. I highly recommend to buy breakfast as you book your room. It is totally worth it. "

Great location with good service

"The hotel is located near by many places, so you can go to many places by walk. Also the hotel provides free shuttle to the Sapporo station and it is really useful. It is not a new hotel, but managed well. Breakfast is fine. Also it has oncen in the hotel."
