The art on the wall is creepy -1 star. I got the 10,000 demons wall art. Would have preferred any other. There's an elevator. Very modern place. No staff on site. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Clear instructions on how to do trash and recycling. Clear instructions to do laundry. Clear instructions on how to enter and exit facility. We chose mainly for cost and proximity to Haneda Airport. Lots of food options. All staff in all the shop locations nearby were very nice and had ways to help bridge the language barrier. Had a hair cut at the local Smile barber shop. Staff there were accommodating for walk ins. Overall a very solid place to stay. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the art on the walls and the simplicity of our stay. The train running by our room was a bit loud, but we learned to tune it out quickly. Very comfortable rooms and beds.

Had some problems pinning ito the room, they didn't respond until like 2 hours later...I have proof. And also at checkout they were non existent.. again I have proof. Bed sheets looked clean. Room decor gave good vibe.. I think the admin and housekeeping need to step the fak up
