Very convenient for a short stay in Tokyo. Close (~200m) to Uguisudani Station on Yamanote line which is only one stop from Nippori (for Skyliner to/from Narita Airport) and Ueno stations.

Had a good night sleep and enjoyable stay at this property. Rooms are clean and quiet, althoug a bit older and quite small. Which is to be expected in Tokyo. Do not be swayed by the location or the presence of love hotels in the area. These are reputable esablishments. There are many great hidden dining gems in the area. The supermarket below has a fantastic selection of alcohol at great prices.

Not the best stay, pretty average including reception, the room and the food. The reception staff are unfriendly and did not make me feel welcome. They contunued to chat amongs rhemselves and just pointed to me what i needed.

After checking out, I realized I had left a necklace behind. The staff retrieved it for me and I recovered it. Outstanding! Thank you! The facilities are standard, but the location is down-market and a considerable walk from Ueno itself.
