"Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. "Lovely hotel. Only downfall was they kept turning off my heat (in the winter) amd turning on the air?? Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room"
