Kind and friendly staff. Very close to multiple train lines so it is very convenient. Family friendly. We had a group of 6 and were able to stay in adjoining rooms. It was great!

Close to Toyko Station. Helpful staff. Only place in Japan that knew how to flex when plans changed. Every other hotel had no clue how to be flexible and I experienced a lot of last minute changes on this trip - more than any other in my life.

Staff went out of their way to help us when my daughter left her Disney soft toy behind after checking out. It was found and securely held for us for collection. The hotel is highly recommended. Location is 10/10 and the free drinks and snacks sometimes cup noodles were so helpful especially many restaurants closed early during the new year period in Japan.

We are frequently travel couple , travelling the whole world , but this is amazing experiences in Tokyo, and Karaksa hotel Tokyo station is the best , the cleanliness is top notch, staff is wonderful , well English spoken. Just side tips, it’s line up if you want to dine fine restaurants,there is lots of convenience stores you can buy ready food to eat, it’s very yummy . Amazing experiences Rooms are small but the same in Europe as well….its normal

Overall the hotel is good with great location, friendly staff and welcome drink. However, the hotel is built in between 2 blocks of buildings, though there’s a window in the room, it’s too close to the next building that you can hardly see any view or proper light.
