The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was good and convenient. Perfect spot- close to shopping and Shibuya Station but still quiet and clean.

We found that the location for this hotel is great. We wishes that some of the in-lobby amenities were available in the room but it did not matter that much as we were only there for one night. Bedroom was comfortable.

The hotel was great, room was small but that is common here in Japan. The location is excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The attached restaurants were very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent stay, would definitely recommend!

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant reception area. 10 min walk to Shibuya Station and a 15 min walk to Yoyogi Park which is beautiful. Not so good. The bathroom was outdated, the slimy plug didn’t fit so was unable to have a bath.

Liked the area and shopping that was close by. Close to shibuya station. Only downside was room was warm which we found out most places hadn’t turned on their AC’s yet. Would have like to have that option because at times was uncomfortable so we had to open window.
