The sheets had a burnt smell to them, terrible breakfast selection (squeeze butter is sad), no fruit, carpet in room torn and dirty. Outdated room. The staff was very nice.

Very close to BGSU! Just be prepared for a bed that is not a queen, but more like a full! There was a pull out bed in the couch so we utilized that.
