"Cozy, cute and clean. $8 cab ride from the train station. Very close to escalator or elevator up to the main old town. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay"

"A beautiful old building off the tourist beat, but very close to it. Gorgeous views from the room and a very cool rooftop terrace. Very nice staff, we genuinely felt welcome. Some strangeness in the room—low-level “running toilet” most of the time, and lights blinking off randomly for c. 1 second (though no loss of internet connection). Very basic breakfast. Positives much greater than the negatives. "

"Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."
