"I liked that the receptionist made it clear what was expected regarding check out etc. But I was sad about the location of the motel - obviously not their fault, but annoying for me because after a long drive you just want to get in and freshen up It was much further out of town than I thought. The room was on the road and very far from the pool that they advertise, again not really a problem, but disappointing for me."

"Hotel in great position. Well appointed rooms on Riverview side. Great views. Very noisy when 3 young children next door. Probably good idea to keep families with kids on one floor. Pool wonderful for morning swim. Had trouble getting tv to work properly, no instructions for oldies never using very dif type of remote. But the tv actually wasn't working properly. Had to get the duty manager to fix the set top box at 9.30 after being out to dinner to watch footy. Big problem overhead lights...
