The Staff are nice. The breakfast food was of poor quality. There was an extra $3.00 charge when we arrived for no reason. The hot tub was broken. I would not recommend.

Had to move here in middle of night due to failure on former hotel. Beds here are awful, lumpy and your feet are higher than face. First two days had cold showers due to non working heater for that floor. So moved to different room bed is worse but at least I have hot water

The internet, phone, and hot tub did not work. Tv has no capability for netflix, etc. Poorly spackles holes in the bathroom walls, shampoo and conditioner made my skin break out all day, and the shower curtain rod was falling off.

Room in poor shape. Door was warped. Three different key fobs and only one worked once. Hair in bathtub. No soap anywhere in room. Pet friendly room with long drapes and bed skirt, obviously been urinated on. Bed almost tipped over when sitting on end. Happy to leave.
