This was a fun stay and was in close proximity to Yakima, so we could visit our friends. All the staff were perfectly professional, though not overly friendly, and the rooms were clean and as described. Our suite was EXTREMELY spacious and the living room made for an excellent gathering area for our group to hang out after a long day, or get together to discuss the day's plans! Overall it was a positive experience and seemed like a great value for the price I was able to get through Expedia.

The rooms were very nice, clean and pleasant. What I didnt like was the wait for checking in about 3hr late for checking in without any Compensation, i just wanted to go to bed, my foot was hurt and had a headache. Last thing i wanted was waiting to get my room for 3 hours.

We rented a suite and all night what I’m guessing was a fire alarm whistling every few minutes kept us from getting a good night sleep. When we complained to the front desk they seemed not even interested in it.

The tub draining system was broken. I tried calling to the front desk but they were going to take over 30 mins. I was able to fix it myself. The towel racks were the same and I had to fix those. For a suite room this was not suite living
