We had a great time here, the service is wonderful and everything in so clean. The breakfast was great and they accommodated us as we needed breakfast at a specific time
B and B was immaculate, staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast provided with lots of care and attention. Thank you to Rob and his wife for a pleasant stay

Great place to stay
With nine rooms and a breakfast room in the basement this is a guest house rather than hotel. The room - the whole house was exceptionally clean- I lost something small in the rooms and searched everywhere (inc under the bed ) and didn’t see a spec of dust anywhere- wish my own house was so clean! The home cooked breakfast is excellent and made to order, and there was a range of cereal, yoghurt, toast etc too. Friendly owners-only downside was the stairs there are lots of them, so if you are less mobile it’s not ideal- all in all a great place to stay
Zentral gelegenes Guesthouse mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand/Hafen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
I stayed with my mother in a twin room, which had comfy beds, nice big towels, and tea/coffee making. Wifi worked very well in room. Rob the host was very chatty and helpful. We only had breakfast on one morning, which was lovely and fresh. We liked the area/road the hotel was on, which was only a 3-5 minute walk to the sea front or town centre. My mother found it a bit challenging due to Torquay being a bit hilly, but that's just Torquay!
Very friendly, great location and good price. Rooms are a bit small but all are in England so I expected that. Quiet and they even gave us a ride from train station and carried our luggage. We will be back!
Stayed for 2 nights over Easter bank holiday.
Greeted and checked in efficiently by the friendly owner,
Room was warm, comfortable and clean, and the hotel was quiet.
Plenty of provisions in room for hot drinks.
Breakfast (at additional cost) was lovely, freshly cooked to order.
Unfortunately our room was at the top of the hotel, up several flights of steep stairs and no lift - not suitable for those with mobility problems.
No parking available at hotel ( or anywhere nearby).
The Hosts Rob and Donna were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent. A lovely B'n'B and we would stay there again.

We were very happy with The Patricia. The room was warm, very comfortable and clean. It hd everything we needed - en suite bathroom with toiletries. Tea and coffee making in the room and some biscuits to stave off the nibbles. The bed was very confortable with crisp linen. Everything we needed for our stay.

Warm welcome and good breakfast. Room clean and bed comfy. Good job we're fit as on top floor - 54 steps plus intermediate landings, not to mention more steps down to the dining room! The only downside was the lack of parking but that is only to be expected in an old seaside town. Pay and display car park at a cost of £3.00 for 24 hours was only a 5 minute walk away so not much of a problem.
