When we arrived at the room, the bedsheets weren't changed or cleaned. Everything in the room was old and falling apart. The whole hotel is in rough condition. The staff was friendly and changed everything cleaned in our room.

They did’t let us check-in even thought the hotel had been paid! We had the reservation but they said that there was no system, we waited until 2am & they still did NOT help! Do not stay here!!! Terrible sevice

Very old and unmaintained hotel. Unfortunately we had our neighbors very noisy and hotel couldn’t really be helpful. No phone in the room, no ice, dark hallways, an so on. And finally we were in the need of a battery starter for our truck since we ran out of battery, and the hotel had nothing to help neither be helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We went for a business trip, the room in the picture online is not what you get. The place is filled with 40 yearnold carpet, stained and smells bad, has that always damp feel. This is in the rooms as well. Most odnthe furniture is ply wood and expanded and ruined at the bottom of water damge, the curtains and blankets were stained and discolored, there was something red on ceiling , the curtains were ripped with a hole the size of my head , the wifi didnt work at all! I had to walk the starbucks across the parking lot to do my work. The pool area looks as though its cleaned rarely and is not next to a garden, more a pooly taken care of dirt yard. Will never return. Also the main picture they have of the building is heavily photoshoped. My clients who livenin torreon confirmed, this was the top hotel 30 years ago, but the owners no long try to maintain it.

Propiedad vieja sin mantenimiento El internet nunca funcionó. No tienen teléfono en el cuarto para hablar al lobby el primer día tuvimos que bajar el lobby. El segundo día nos llegó un WhatsApp para comunicarnos con el lobby pero el internet nunca lo arreglaron. Pedí que hiceiran la habitación temprano cuando salí y regrese a las 13:00 y no lo hicieron mande WhatsApp y le dije que ya no mandaran por que estaba en el cuarto y mandaron gente que me despertó. Las toallas estaba ya deshilachadas de viejas. La caja fuerte estaba cerrada mandaron a abrirla y nos dijo que solo funcionaba con un código siempre 8888 así que usarla o no es lo mismo. Las alfombras en los pasillos rotas, la silla en el cuarto rota en fin. Nada recomendable.

la ubicación es excelente, el inmueble presenta fallas como...toallas muy viejas, contactos eléctricos inservibles, lamparas con focos fundidos, en fin falta de mantenimiento general
