"This was an excellent place to stay for first 3 nights in Paris. The room was as described. I had great email correspondence with the management. The hotel staff were accommodating and personable. The breakfast was delicious. It was easy to access the hotel, but you will need internet for texting and email. I would recommend this hotel. It was lovely. We walked everywhere from this location. "We stayed for 3 nights before heading south. Very clean and comfortable. Free secure parking. We walked into Tours in evenings, easy flat walk across the river (10 mins). Lots of excellent resturants and bars close by. Very hot during our visit so the cave was great as it was cool. You are also close to a number of the Loire chateauxs for day trips. 10 out of 10."

"The location is convenient for coming in by train as it's very close to the train station. It's also very walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and professional. There was a confusion at check out where they asked me to pay taxes that I was already asked to pay at check-in but when I showed him the charge on my credit card account he allowed me to not pay it even though his system did not show it was paid. They also informed me directly after check-out that I had left some jewelry there and offered to ship it to me. I was then immediately contacted by a contracted company they use for shipping to set it up and only had to pay around $40 for 2 day shipping. Overall, the room was spacious for European standards and very well designed. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here."

"Wonderful hotel, walking distance from train station. Hotel decor is a bit eccentric, but very clean and updated. The staff is exceptional and will do anything to make your stay better. Breakfast is served with local produce from farms nearby and served on fine china with linen napkins. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. "

"The feeling is very familiar and I have been well received. There is no lift but they helped me all the time with my suitcase. Very service minded. The hotel owner has been so kind and drove me to the station. I do not know if other hotel directors would do that. I am very thankful. Also Antony was very kind and always smiling. Thank you for everything!"
