"Clean, good location, friendly staff."

"This is a very nice hotel, clean, and comfortable. The location is right in the center, close to shopping, restaurants and about 5 minutes walk to Metropol Parasol. The staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is fine except for limited choice of vegetables. The problem we had is very warm room, and when asked, hotel staff told us AC is not working in the entire hotel and advised we open the window to get cool air in. But it’s a bit noisy with open windows, of course. Otherwise, all is good and we would recommend it highly."

The rooms are clean, well maintained, and beds are comfortable The staff are friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Check in and out was smooth. One thing to note is that soundproofing is limited you can hear some noise from other rooms The location is outside the historic city walls, which makes it a more affordable option. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral, but the walk is enjoyable and gives you a chance to discover different neighborhoods and see more of Seville along the way. Overall, it does the job well, feels comfortable, and is a solid choice if you want a clean, reasonably priced hotel with a touch of 4-star atmosphere without paying premium prices. "
