"It is a lovely place to stay, me and my boyfriend had a lovely time. The only thing is that the restaurant struggled with catering for gluten free, even though I asked if that would be possible before booking. "

"This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch...

"A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes."

"This is a tremendous location, about 2 min from the Rialto Bridge/Ferry, 5-10 min walk to St Mark’s Sq, and incredibly well centered to anything you want to see on Venice. Lots of shopping and dining within steps of the front door in an upscale neighborhood. The apartment is immaculately clean and maintained, very comfortable and quiet. Of particular note is the quick responsiveness of the owner: Francesca was helpful, flexible, patient and her representative Maria who met us was likewise...

"A beautiful Hotel in a magic city. The room was amazing, and the Hilton breakfast as always above and beyond any other. But what really made the difference was the Staff and their excellent service. From the warm welcome received upon arrival from Lucrezia to the attentive assistance received from the Concierge Team and Toros from Security. They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. "
