"Lovely modern, clean and d contemporary hotel. We had a great spacious family apartment which was very comfortable with a decent size balcony, The pool was fantastic, and has an in incredible view over the bay. The complementary breakfast was also great, with lots of choice in a fantastic setting. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the access to the hotel - which is though a rabbit warren of narrow, potholed steep roads - which made leaving the hotel a real stress. "Our stay was great! We arrived much later than expected (midnight instead of 6pm) and the hotel owner was kind and understanding. The next morning he gave us many tips for our trip in Montenegro over a cup of coffee. The property was clean and affordable and perfect for two friends. The bathroom was clean and efficient. "Had a wonderful stay at Apartments Olive! My unit had a dedicated parking lot which was a lifesaver given the parking situation in Dobrota. Our hosts were really kind and warm and facilitated the check in and check out process smoothly. They even recommended activities and food places, I can’t thank them enough. "Great apartment! I stayed only one night since I wanted to hike in Lovcen NP the next day but wish I stayed longer. It was a nice size apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom. Srdjan greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great pizza place just up the street for dinner. The location is also good - on a quiet street with a grocery store nearby. Close walking distance to the center of Kotor as well."

It's close to Kotor but a bit of a walk on a fairly harrowing road for the uninitiated. It was as advertised - always a good thing. Pater was a responsive host. The only ding would be in the "software" - 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, no laundry deterent and no garbage/recycling bags . ..perhaps a cleaning crew oops - but for almost a two week stay,...

If the road is open ( closed during high season) do not drive in as it is extremely tight two way traffic. Staff will get you and your bags from the parking area some distance away"

"The staff was excellent. They surprised me with a bottle of wine and dessert for my birthday and went out of their way numerous times to make us feel special. The room was very well appointed and had a separate space my wife could do some work when needed. The gym is a bit small but it’s good enough, and there is a full spa, steam, sauna, pool, etc on the property which was excellent. Great restaurant just downstairs for dinner and breakfast. The rooftop bar is a plus to grab a drink at sunset."

"The property is located in the middle of the old town. It was amazing to see how the old town changed from a busy touristy place to a calm and serene at night. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Kotor again."

Amazing stay

"This is a new hotel about 10 minutes drive from kotor bay. The hotel is exavtly as the pics. Warm recrption,friendly and helpful. Very close to Tiv airport and booking comes with free airport transfers to TIV. I had the penthouse and it was really nice with the Jacuzzi. Breaskfast was 5/10. Can be better but service was really good. Please change the coffee too bitter. I will definitely stay here again. "
