"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "The hotel stay was very convenient on my way to Bolzano only less than an hour. It was an excellent choice and easy reach from the A22 Motorway. I ran to the hotel first to check that my French Bulldog companion was also welcomed to stay, so no surprises there just a friendly lady welcomed us both, great! "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. "I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule.
