"This is a fantastic hotel. Their “Level” rooms are their Club Level and give full access to their Club Lounge on the 6th Floor with full complimentary breakfast in the morning and cocktails from 5-7pm. Even better is that the Club Lounge has a panoramic views of The Alhambra, Cathedral, and the hills of Granada. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. This hotel is superb!"

Intelligently designed room and bathroom; room would have benefited from a chair as well as small banquet,2 people = 2 seating areas needed. Only blip was no hot water for almost 24 hours; no room change offered; received modest discount for major inconvenience. Nice breakfast available. We would stay there again "
