"Superior luxurious duplex. Two completely separate attached homes on the property with magnificent views, access to local hikes. 10 minutes from a small town (Sulz) with a good supermarket and bakery. Lots of cultural and mountain activities within a 30 - 60 minute ride. Sauna, hot tub and indoor pool are shared between the two homes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. Günther lives next door and was very responsive to our minor problems. He is a good resource for...

"House Ems, hosted by Andrea and Oliver, was the absolute perfect extended holiday home away from home. Situated within walking distance of town center, hiking trails, and all public transportation, it was the best location to enjoy all of Vorarlberg. Not to mention the most JOYful and accommodating hosts we have come across."

What isn't obvious from the listing is the direct access and use of the outside sitting area/table by the kitchen door and the beautiful garden space. "The staff were exceptional very approachable, friendly and extremely helpful. All spoke english which was very helpful. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was excellent. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere, pleasant aroma, accessibility to all areas of the hotel and grounds was very good. The spring water pool, infrared and sauna facilities were very tranquil and relaxing. Refreshments were available and the staff were continually checking the facility for clean towels etc. Our suite was brilliant. We had a large balcony with comfortable seating, a powered retractable awning and full power operated shutters. There was an espresso coffee machine, full sitting area with large couch, armchair and coffee table. There were light screens that you could manually open and close to seperate the living room area and the bedroom. The bed was luxurious, premium quality and extremely comfortable. The laundry service was included and I had my fresh clean clothes returned well before checkout the next morning. We had roomservice for dinner and the food was outstanding as well as the prompt service. There is also a well stocked minibar. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. There are several outdoor seating areas around the grounds where you can enjoy the views of the mountains, castle and Vaduz. The only negative is that we were only there for one night, but it honestly felt longer! Highly recommend and hope to go back again and stay longer !!"
