"Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through Expedia and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. (...

"After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread was very plentiful and delicious. I will say one area of improvement would be the front desk staff, not very friendly and seemed a bit racist ( would put on all smiles and great service for white Europeans). "

"Very limited choice of food, bartender you are luky if you find him. Waited till the end of the meal to have a glass of wine and we hv been told they are so buzy when the hotel is nearly empty. Entertainment is very poor. "
