"We arrived from a hurricane covered in bites and were told there was a problem and we may not have a room and jose the owner was quite rude to me because I was upset especially cuz so miserable physically and continued to be throughout my interaction with him the three nights we stayed there and thats why we left two nights early without any reimbursement The only other thing was there was no hot water The place itself is beautiful and breakfast very good and all of the other staff friendly"

"Good sized room and comfortable bed, the casa was also in a good location and quiet at night. The room was clean and spacious. Downside was the wifi barely worked, and the breakfast was awful. This was our third Casa during our Cuba trip and the breakfast was by far the worst - ham and cheese was a literal slice of cheese, fruit was about 8 slices, the coffee was undrinkable. The hosts helped with taxis but we had to go to their door to ask as there were rarely around , also some communication...

"This place was fantastic ! We stayed 4 nights and had the loveliest time. We happened to be there when the second hurricane hit Cuba and there was no electricity with heavy rain on Trinidad. Our hostess made us coffee when we hadn’t taken the breakfast option. She was helpful and kind and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. It is super well located and we loved our stay there. We were 2 friends traveling from France. "

"Our stay at Las Palmas was great! The accommodation has a generator which was very helpful during power cut. The pool was clean and lovely. The cocktails were AMAZING! Would absolutely recommended. They were helpful with booking taxis, our next Casa and Colectivo. Thank you! "

"This is the place I chose to stay at while short visit to Trinidad. I was warmly welcomed by the family who runs it. They had everything provided in the room which was upstairs. It's location is right in the centre and you can be at any place of interest in 5 minutes by walk. My stay was comfortable. I couldn't ask for more. "

"lovely little house between Trinidad and Playa Ancon. Taxis readily available for the short journey to either. A short walk to a tremendous restaurant The tours run from the house (by the son who spoke excellent English) were fascinating and informative over the history and politics (including current) of Cuba. restaurants recommended in Trinidad were lovely and we wished we had more time to eat at them again. And of course the music! Overall a tremendous stay."
