Traditional cottage in historic trinity

Old world meets new deep in the heart of Trinity, Newfoundland. This beautifully refurbished home, rumoured to be over two hundred years old, maintains all of its character with original floorboards and antique windows, but has been updated with all the modern amenities you'll need to enjoy your stay. It is fittingly perched on a hillside overlooking the popular tourist town. Whether you're nestled up next to the wood stove or lounging outside on the large deck with a book from a stocked library of Newfoundland writers, you'll find yourself sinking into the house just as the light sinks into the bay at dusk. The house is adorned with Newfoundland relics, and the walls showcase a wide selection of notable art for your viewing pleasure, unless you become distracted by the scenic views framed by each window throughout the house. The main level features an open-concept living and dining room area with a spacious kitchen and bathroom on the same level. Upstairs features two sizeable bedrooms with plush queen beds, a half bath and a loft that includes a sitting area, writing desk and two cozy twin beds.

Trinity house
The house was quaint with lots of antique charm, bright windows, and a gorgeous view of the harbour . It was well -appointed with everything we needed. The only concern was that the two twin beds are not in a separate room, but in the open area on the 2nd floor. We managed fine, but if you needed more privacy, you would be challenged.

Perfectly charming
Cozy, cute, comfy and charming. This beautiful place had everything we needed from a fantastic location, view, decor and amenities. The rooms and deck were perfectly positioned to view the bay and lovely town of Trinity. Artwork and decor goodies were everywhere. The sofas in the living room were so cozy we were curious where they came from. Highly recommended for your Newfoundland experience!

A perfect spot to come home to
We loved our stay in Trinity and this wonderful spot. It was a cozy and welcoming home away from home. After amazing walks along the Skerwink Trail and out around Bonavista were loved coming back to relax and plot our next meal.

Absolutely Wonderful
This lovely, comfortable home made us feel like we were experiencing the history of Trinity without sacrificing modern comforts. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were hotel quality and very comfortable. Everything is a short walk away, and Trinity is also a great base from which to explore the rest of the Bonavista peninsula. Such a wonderful, unique place to stay. We will never forget it.

Everything was terrific. Warm, cozy and user friendly. The only thing that surprised us is that the third bedroom was really a loft , near the other two bedrooms. It was in the open. Otherwise we had a great stay in a great home.
