A few fixtures/fittings in bathroom need to be updated & fixed plus shelves/corners/window require additional cleaning (may be ghe flat was empty for a while). Super communication with lovely host. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and we loved the nearby church bells, village setting, and the great amount of space in the apartment/house. The owner (Gisele) and her daughter (Nicole) were super responsive to our questions/communications and we even returned to this property for an additional four nights during our visit to Germany. I'd certainly recommend and consider staying here again when we return to Germany."

"We had a wonderfull stay during our Christmas holiday. The house is small but has everything you would need, we also thought it was very well situated within the 'park', it was very private and beautiful looking out at the forest. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend it!"

"Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in der Ferienwohnung Reuter in Böchingen. Trotz sehr heißen Wetters haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist Spitze und die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. In Böchingen selbst sind die Möglichkeiten bzgl. Gastronomie etwas beschränkt, aber Restaurants und Weinstuben sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ganzen ein gelungener erholsamer Urlaub."

"The most peaceful setting we have ever stayed in with total privacy. The house has all you could need ...both inside and the garden area. Aber dafür war es sehr gemütlich und man hatte einen sehr schönen Garten mit geräumiger Terrasse, die das mehr als wett gemacht haben.
