"We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things."

"This was a cozy cabin located in a very cute property. We loved taking our breakfast in the porch to watch the ducks and fish. We had a really lovely stay!! I want to highlight some things that I do wish we had known in advance to feel more prepared though, as the cabin was more rustic than what the listing portrayed. There were only two of us, but it’s worth noting that the sofa bed was in the front living room area, and the AC was located in the bedroom and worked best with that door closed....

"Our family loved staying at Casa Adventura! It is far enough away from La Fortuna to feel like a private retreat yet still close enough to go on adventures like rappelling and white water rafting. The POOL is gorgeous and we loved having it. (It was unexpected since we booked our place before it was built). Every morning we’d wake up to so many birds (including toucans), sounds of howler monkeys and beautiful views of the lake and forest. At night we saw fireflies and watched the storms roll...

We didn't use the hot tub, as we weren't there for long, but if we'd been there a little longer we may have. It looked like a very nice feature.
