"The Hotel had been renovated a couple of weeks ago, so everything is OK in the room and all the staff is abdolutely adorable and available. A 6th star should be awarded to the whokr team. "I paid for a studio but was upgraded to a one bedroom at check-in. I received a complimentary drink while I was being checked in and I really needed that as I was exhausted. The staff was awesome, they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same daily, this needs to be improved on, they should have a wider selection. Overall, I had a good time."

"The unique thing about this property is that Gert and Marlene treat everyone as individuals and you soon feel part of the family. They have really taken on board the Mauritian way and that translates into a really relaxed vibe. Wonderful food and a great night's sleep! "On arrival we were very shocked at the difference between the pics and the actual , not false but just big letdown . booked on a dinner bed and breakfast basis , but the options available was shocking , we ended up having Pizza for supper every night and with breakfast i had to see kids disgruntled faces because not even eggs or omelettes was decent :( staff were extremely friendly , but the language barrier was a very big problem !"

"There were cockroaches on the property.WE PAID FOR 9 DAYS BUT THE Manager refused to listen to our complaints or refund.If you going on a holiday the last thing you want is to go chasing cockroaches.There is no one to receive your complaints except a guard that doesnt speak English.Closing at 2 pm still means that you need a contact to help solve these issues.My family had to drive another 1 hr to get a hotel.What a nightmare?"
