"We had a very good experience at the hotel. The pillows and beds were comfortable, the accessible bathroom was spacious and the shower was great! The water pressure was amazing!
Good breakfast and the employees were all fantastic, kind, friendly, and helpful."

"
Great room and accommodations; breakfast was good as well. We loved the view from our room and the easy access to downtown or other parts of the city.
Only issue was it was a little noisy, but it was a Saturday night after all :-)
We will be booking again very soon!
Thanks! "
"I already wrote them a 5 star review on yelp but this was hands down the best chain hotel experience we have had. It started as soon as we checked in. Every single employee that we encountered at this hotel was genuinely kind and went out of their way to greet us or start a conversation with us. I’d like to say that this is the standard at hotels, but it is definitely not. The friendliness was exceptional. I am talking everyone from front desk staff to Housekeeping in the hallway was genuinely nice and warmly greeted us every time we passed.
The room was pristine, the pool and gym was great and we used both. They even have a cafe with a limited menu - had the burger with an arugala salad and it was very good!
The landscaping around the hotel was also impeccable.
I’m taking my time to write this review because I was surprised to see so many negative reviews on this property. As someone who has been in hospitality myself, I know firsthand that difficult people are those with negative experiences are the loudest. Just know that this is a stand out property:
Top notch hospitality and whoever is managing it should be very proud.
We will be back! "

"This home is so convenient to the downtown area. Plenty of sleeping space and an unexpected bonus of large tvs in every bedroom. Great for families with kids. We had to reach out to the get the entry code and the response was almost immediate. Would recommend this spot if wanting to be in the center of things."
