I would not recommend this Hotel
I was very disappointed I had a late flight and no Wi-Fi. I went to the hotel there was no one there and the numbers were outdated or out of service. I am very disappointed in this I would like my complete refund back I am in a foreign country with no connections to anything. I had to end up staying at a hostel it was very inconvenient and disgusting all because of the hotels and irresponsibility of being there to help me.

Nice Rental Apartment
Nice, open, and easy Apartment Rental. Full kitchen, and washing machine. It’s a complete rental. Lots of options with this rental. “Supermarket” and other comforts of home are at the “mall” which is a $2 (5 sole) cab ride away. Lots of ruins to explore all within a reasonable distance. You can rent a car, but at $40 a day hire a car and driver and let others worry about it. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and know all the ruins, museums, beaches, and best places to eat.

Great experience
I stayed with my wife and we really enjoyed it. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The lady who was waiting for us was very friendly and helpful. She did her best to make us feel like home. The location is excellent and convenient to several places around the city. We were very satisfied and hopefully, we can make it again!

The place was confortable, but on one of the nights was a disturbance on one of the apartments on the first floor, some guy making lots of noise using bad language, the place could have a bit more cleanliness, but other than that it was good we loved the location

No one in reception on booking day and moone answer the phone number provided at 9:30pm I contact Expedia could not get hold to them either so we had to a new place and expecting full refund

Clean affordable appartment
This was a 3 bedroom appartment that was clean and in a safe part of Trujillo. An inexpensive hotel alternative for small groups of people.

Pésimo, sucio y no es cierto que ofrecen desayuno
Pésimo lugar. No hacen aseo, y aunque incluye desayuno lo único que llevan es pan en una bolsa. Realmente el lugar esta en un deterioro grande pues los resortes de los colchones se salen, al igual que en los muebles de la sala; las paredes están peladas y sucias, inclusive con rastros de sangre en la pared (fotos adjuntas). la presión del agua de la ducha es muy baja y genera dificultad para bañarse por tener que pegar el cuerpo a la pared. No proporcionan ni siquiera bolsas para botar la basura y el mantenimiento de las puertas es malo. Sugiero que Hoteles.com no promocione este lugar ya que sale de los estándares a los que estamos acostumbrados los clientes de la página.

Departamento cálido y seguro!
Nos hospedamos con mi esposo y mi hija por recomendación de un compañero del trabajo y nos fascinó! Al llegar la señorita que nos recepcionó fue muy atenta a todo lo que necesitamos. Nos esperó con un desayuno TO GO que lo llevamos en el auto y se nos hizo muy práctico. Lo sorprendente fue que normalmente siempre encontramos habitaciones por ese precio y esta vez era como estar en casa. Un departamento moderno y completamente amoblado!. Nos cambiaron las sábanas y toallas sin costo adicional! El lugar está rodeado de lindos parques donde mi hija difrutó mucho todas las tardes! Como es una zona residencial y muy segura no encuentras tiendas en cada esquina, pero hay un mall a 5 minutos en auto en donde tienes bancos, tiendas de ropa, Plaza vea, gimnasio... y ni que se diga de las playas a unos 12 minutos. Recomendado totalmente!

falta arreglar instalaciones del baño y otros.
Las instalaciones del baño pésimas, salia agua todo el tiempo de la ducha y del lavadero de cara por mala instalación, se quemó el foco de 1 de los cuartos y pese a que avise nadie se acercó a colocar uno nuevo, no habia secadores ni esponja para lavar el servicio en la cocina, el colchon del cuarto B incómodo, las puertas de los roperos no corrian con facilidad y del cuarto A el ropero tenia uno de los cajones salidos de modo que no se podía utilizar aparte que la habitacion tan pequeña que no contaba con velador. el trapeador con balde no tenia estabilidad cada vez que queria exprimir el trapeador se volteaba.
