I am not sure why it is called art hotel, there is no single piece of art at the hotel. It is modern, metal and concrete. The staff were polite and helpful, but they don't know how to turn a guest in to a loyal guest. I was pinnalized for having a guest in my room, I spoke to the property manger and she didn't get back to me. This was my first time in Medellin and I had a great time and I would certainty return, but I would stay at a different hotel. I am sorry to say that they have lost a Loyal customer.
