"Extremely comfortable and excellent service. We would definitely stay again. The room was spacious with a nice balcony looking over the street (though was not noisy at night at all). Super comfy memory foam mattress and pillows felt brand new! Room was warm and cozy. Hotel in good condition. Great breakfast and coffee downstairs, and you can buy a bottle of wine to take up to your room, which we did and it was delicious. Front desk staff are utmost professionals yet also welcomed us like guests...

The tram stop is right outside our room , running from 5.30am until midnight - very noisy - impossibile to have the window open .
