The commercial part of town is split in two by a big hill about a mile long. the motel is in the western half and a lot of restaurants are in the eastern half, as well as the entrance to the park.

It was a cool, windy day but the yurt was toasty warm. It had everything we needed for comfort and convenience. We made a wonderful meal on the grill that we enjoyed by the fire. We stargazed and we're in awe of how clear and dark the sky was.

"Staff is absolutely amazing. I had stayed here couple of different time and never had any issues. Check in took me all of two minutes. Check out even less. Anything we needed the staff had no problem helping with. Will definitely be staying here again and ONLY here if they aren’t booked completely."
"Check-in was supposed to be at 4PM we didn’t get into our room until after 9PM, with barely any communication the entire time. When we finally got in, the bathroom was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t stay here again."
"Ash, the manager (owner?) was so friendly and accommodating. Very 60’s vibe, old fashion motels reminded me of my childhood. The room was very clean, simple decor (liked the wall colors) compatible with bed linens (loved the breathable quilt bedspread) and the beds were comfortable. Great pricing for the area as well. Table and chairs outside each room to drink a glass of your own wine and taking in the views. "
