"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are a lot of extra towels and blankets. It's on the 2nd floor but the stairs have "rubber" treads - no fear of slipping. There is not laundry inside the unit but there is laundry on site. The walk to the water is a boardwalk. The property is on the river side of the island where the waves are mild and so are the crowds. I have no complaints at all about this property and would stay again. "
