Beautiful and comfortable air conditioned beach house, decorated in a beach style with many details in the woods of the windows, doors and other items of the house, the home decoration was inspired by a lush brazilwood tree planted in front of the house.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms being one in the suite and two more bathrooms, the structure of the house is all in brick leaving the super cool in the summer, has a good and complete kitchen with all necessary utensils and various appliances such as two refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker and other items, in the large living room also equipped with air conditioning, a beautiful U-shaped sofa and LCD TV connected to SKY and free Wifi, balcony with relaxing hammocks and view to a wonderful and large lawn garden, which closes with a kiosk with barbecue, table, sink, all complete and equipped, private garage for up to four vehicles.
Located on the same street as the Tamar project, just 50 meters from one of the main tourist attractions of the city, this sea turtle aquarium is a great invitation to every family, especially at the feeding time of the turtles.
Leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot, the edge of Itagua beach is just 3 minutes a super quiet walk, approx. 400mts away, where are located the best restaurants of the city, shopping mall with cinema, market, pharmacy, shops, fish tank, and also many tours, schooner to the islands, glass bottom boat, city tour train and many other programs super cool

Tivemos dias de chuva, mas mesmo assim dias bons pois a casa comportava muito bem nosso grupo de 10 pessoas e meus 2 cachorrinhos!!! O Douglas me respondeu muito rapido e educado em todas as vezes, a moça que me entregou a chave foi muito educada e solicita. A internet era instável, mas de um modo geral, foi tudo maravilhoso e conforme o anuncio. Recomendo a casa e só não aproveitamos mais devido ao mal tempo. Casa muito bem localizada.
