"This is a great place for what it is- reasonably priced place to stay in Düsseldorf with free parking. That said, the areas where I did not record 5 stars were- staff and service- there is no full time on location staff. However, the cleaning staff come once a day and do a great job. And the area around the hotel... honestly, I love the location. Two restaurants attached, gas station and convenience store literally share the parking lot. Ah, but speaking of the parking- the Chinese buffet...

"The aparthotel was excellent. Very nice, modern, clean and spacious. Convenient location for transport and groceries, but slightly sketchy being next to the train station. There was a heavy police presence, which felt slightly safer. The pool and sauna were nice, but the pool was cold. It felt hot when you entered the room, but the water was cold. Laundry machines were easy to operate. Room was nicely stocked with necessities for laundry, etc. "

"Very nice hotel, 10 min walk frim train station and 15-20 min walk to the old town. Only thing I had a problem with was the low illumination in the hallways and the room. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the keyhole to open tge door."

Self entering all my details name / address / passport / date of birth etc into this stupid iPad where all of this info was already saved on hotels.com is totally mid / wack / crap. Combine that with waiting for a receptionist who also goes away to serve drinks as a bartender makes for a garbage first impression. Add to the this that I had two single day reservations so I had to go through this crap process twice. Let’s be clear I hate this check in...
