"Such a beautiful hotel. We were lucky enough to stay in an oceanview room and it was even better than expected. I would say it’s worth the money to try at least once when you visit Bali or if you have a special event to celebrate. Everything was stunning. "Staff were great. Loved the nightly entertainment. Disappointed to be sent a dozen emails saying I could purchase an upgrade, but I couldn’t get a free upgrade for my gold status (no reason given). Breakfast has very little vegetarian options. Other than that, place was exceptional. Highly recommend it. "

"They treated me excellent my entire stay. Everybody was so welcoming and the hospitality is superb. When I come back, I’m staying here again. The breakfast is awesome. They really know how to treat you well when you arrive. I’m ecstatic and I was here by myself from the US. I felt so safe and good. Property is clean and they went over and beyond for me. That’s love in itself. What a blessing. Keep up the great work. Oh yea, it was also a quiet area and I really enjoyed it. "
