Room was run down..biggest issue was that neither of the two showers drained properly. In fact, sewage came up and created an offensive odor. "Nice facility, our room was fairly unique with some fake rock. Our daughter's room had a cool outdoor bathtub. You get great use of two other Thambapanni resorts in the area. "Beautiful hotel right on the beach. We ate in the restaurant at night, amazing food & good wine. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Good breakfast. Lovely big room with loads of space. Loved being able to sunbathe overlooking the sea. The staff were amazing. The highlight of the stay was seeing the wild turtles in the sea right outside. The staff took seaweed to feed them.
