"Every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, they were so kind and polite. The breakfast staff were all lovely and always smiling and the breakfast always had variety. I was upgraded to a room that had a view of the burj khalifa, the apartment was spacious and had everything and cleaned daily. The best thing about the hotel was it was only a 5 minute walk to Dubai mall. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again for sure! "

"Just wished it was walking distance from the metro but that’s literally the only drawback, everything else is just absolutely fantastic. The view from apartment( the apartment size and facilities provided and the service and cleanliness. I stayed 11 nights and had the best time at this property "
