"The room design has a couch at one end of the room where the TV can't be viewed - you can watch from the bed or you can move the couch into the middle of the room. Also the wall lights by that couch were unplugged and I had to move the furniture to plug them in. Had to ask for a coffee maker, not standard in the rooms. The continental breakfast was substandard, only prepackaged muffins and yogurts."

"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

The receptionist who checked us in was welcoming and kind, and the room was clean. The hotel restaurant has nice options on their menu, and the hotel has a shuttle to the hospital which makes transportation very easy. My family and I are happy to recommend this hotel. "
