"Very easy to find reception as it's all well sign posted. Checking in was very easy and they were ready for us early. Staff were very friendly and informative. Plenty of information leaflets of what's around and what amenities are withig the hotel and where. Dining options, booking advised. We booked breakfast which was a full English style buffet, pastries, fruit, yogurts, coffees, teas, juices etc etc. well worth it. Plenty of parking, there was a conference going on whilst we were there and parking wasn't an issue. We booked an apartment, very nice! Spacious clean and tidy. Absolutely love that the shower gel/shampoo hand wash is Pengaligons. Smelt amazing. There's an outside gym too, walk paths of you fancy going for a walk. Definitely will visit again."

"Staff were lovely and happy to help with anything you needed. Smell of the hotel when arriving (and throughout) was impeccable and gave a fresh feeling to it, booked family rooms and the size of the room was perfect "

"Hotel and staff were excellent, my husband was unwell so we left early which was out choice. Your receptionist on Sunday morning was very helpful when we checked out and asked if there was anything she could do for my husband which was very nice of her, but he just wanted to get home as he was feeling poorly"

"Staff were excellent, without exception. Warm and friendly and entirely welcoming. The bed was comfortable either side of the centreline, although very obviously two singles zipped together which made for a dip in the middle. Blackout curtains were a positive too. Downsides: soundproofing is poor. You can hear every door closing and too many conversations from other rooms. The shower pressure was painfully weak (but the water was always reliably hot on demand). Finally, if you have mobility issues make sure you book an accessible room, otherwise you will be faced with a plethora of small staircases and a menagerie of random doors. "

"They had a full service gym attached to the hotel which was excellent. The breakfast offered a nice variety on both hot and cold side. Rooms were a bit small but I wasn’t planning to dance in it and the beds were comfortable."

"Very nice hotel within easy reach of the M5 and Gloucester. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine with hot food, cereals and toast. Plenty of room in the car park and very friendly staff. Worked out well for a couple of days"
