"Well, I had a minor accident during the night. I stubbed my toe returning to bed about 3am. I didn’t realize that my toe was bleeding until I got up in the morning and realized the sheets had blood on them. I reported it to the front desk so that house keeping were informed. They were very supportive and offered a band aid, but I had already taken care of it. I’ve been with Drury for many years and was not surprised with their supportive response "

"We checked in around 12:30am. The young gentlemen was not wearing any sort of hotel related clothing. He was difficult to understand. I requested an upstairs room and was told there weren’t any. We arrived at our room on the main floor and could hear the neighbors tv. Went back and requested a room change and wound up on the third floor. Great nights sleep, super dark room. Was surprised to hear the vacuum or drilling or construction outside in the hall at 9:00."
