"I love the palce, Everything is easy access to all shopping malls, very convenient, transportation walkable, i dont like is, the room we reserved is not yet available when the time we checked in, check in time is 2pm, i got the hotel at 3pm still not available, we still wait atlist 1 hr. "We stayed here on a day long layover headed to Palawan. We checked in VERY early for a nominal fee. We were in an executive suite and it was very nice. Bed was a bit firm but we slept well. The room was well appointed for our needs. They had a nice pool also. The breakfast buffet was massive and all the food was excellent. Ever service professional we encountered at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful."
