If your looking for the honeymoon suite, this is not it. The picture of the porch and the scenic Mountain View does not belong to this house. Again, it really was clean and worked well for what we need. "

While the Frio is low right now, this West section had water for river walks and playing. Some small perch in a few pools. Hosts go out of their way for a perfect stay. "Not going to lie I was scared I was scammed in the beginning due to the lack of reviews- but thankfully I was very very wrong. It looks like just new owners are in charge now and it was a great stay. We had a group of 12 (6 couples) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, volleyball, and swings -lots of cooking opportunities and space there and over all was very relaxing. It is very close next to two other homes so not as pricey in the back but it was still a great time...
